Joe “Bryan” Wright of Charlotte passed away January 12, 2026 at the age of 93. He was born on April 20, 1932 to Joseph and Ida Wright.

Joe “Bryan” retired from CPS in San Antonio and became a rancher in Charlotte where he spent many hours building his home with his wife, Beverly. He enjoyed working on the ranch, hunting and raising cattle. He loved traveling and fishing with Beverly. Throughout his life, he enjoyed wood working and leatherwork. He was a Navy Veteran and spent his time in the service in the Seabees.

Survived by daughter, Carolyn Lowe and husband Dolf. Brother, Benjamin Wright and wife Muriel. Grandchildren, Georgia Clader and husband Kyle and Cuatro Lowe. Great-grandchildren, Graham and Harper Clader. And then numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service for Bryan is scheduled for Monday, January 19, 2026, at Sunset Memorial Park, located at 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, starting at 11:00 am.
