We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Baton Rouge team and oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of construction projects while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial construction experience, excellent leadership skills, and familiarity with IDIQ and/or Job Order Contracting project delivery methods.

Essential Responsibilities
Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities.
Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
Monitor project costs, schedules, and performance to ensure successful project delivery.
Review contracts, scopes of work, estimates, and change orders.
Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and contract requirements.
Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project goals.
Manage project documentation, reporting, and project closeout activities.
Qualifications
Required
5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
Experience managing renovation, repair, or facility improvement projects.
Familiarity with IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) contracts and/or Job Order Contracting (JOC).
Proven leadership and project execution experience.
Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, contracts, and project controls.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in and support projects throughout the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience working on government, municipal, educational, healthcare, or institutional projects.
Experience with Gordian JOC programs or similar task-order contracting environments.
Military construction experience, particularly as a Navy Seabee, Army Engineer, or other military construction-related role.
OSHA 30 certification.
