4Holders LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned construction company based in New York, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to serve as the second-in-command to the owner. Our work focuses on concrete, masonry, sitework, and government construction throughout New York. As a retired Marine Gunnery Sergeant, our founder is looking for the civilian equivalent of a strong Staff Sergeant—the leader who can receive the mission and commander’s intent, coordinate the team, hold people accountable, solve problems, and make execution happen without needing constant direction. Former Navy Seabees, Army Engineers, senior NCOs, and veterans with construction and operational leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
