Dennis Ervin Catlow

March 31, 1949 – October 3, 2026

Dennis Ervin Catlow, 77, passed away on October 3, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, devotion, service, and family.

Dennis proudly served his country as a Navy Seabee, a chapter of his life he held close to his heart. He was proud of his accomplishments and the work he did in service to his country. His dedication, strength, and commitment remained a part of who he was throughout his life.

Dennis was blessed to share his life with the love of his life, Elaine. Together, Dennis and Elaine built a wonderful life filled with love, family, and countless memories. Their marriage was a testament to a deep and lasting love, and they remained devoted to one another until Elaine’s passing on December 4, 2024.

Their greatest blessings were their two sons and their growing family. Dennis took great pride in his family and treasured the time he spent with them. After Elaine’s passing, his family became an even greater source of comfort, companionship, and joy.

Dennis filled his days with the people he loved most, especially his family and grandchildren. He cherished family gatherings, the laughter and memories shared together, and watching his family continue to grow.

One of Dennis’s final and most precious blessings came in August 2026, when he welcomed his great-grandchild, Weston Dennis. Having his great-grandchild carry his name was a beautiful and deeply meaningful gift. It was a lasting reminder that Dennis’s name, love, and legacy would continue through another generation.

Dennis will be remembered for his pride in his military service, his devotion to Elaine, his love for his family, and the joy he found in watching his family grow. His greatest accomplishment was the life he built with Elaine and the family they created together.

Though Dennis and Elaine are no longer here in this earthly life, the love they shared continues through the family they created. Their legacy lives on in the memories they made, the love they gave, and the generations that follow.

Dennis leaves behind more than memories. He leaves behind a lifetime of love, a family who will carry him in their hearts, and a name that will continue through the generations.

Rest peacefully, Dennis. Your service, your love, your name, and your legacy will live on through the generations. You will be deeply missed and forever loved.
