RCI Builders is a family-owned commercial general contractor headquartered in Thousand Oaks, building across Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Los Angeles Counties. Since 2004, we’ve completed more than 1,800 multifamily units, 3.7 million SF of tenant improvements, 1.4 million SF of new commercial construction, and 800,000 SF of industrial buildings. Today we do about $150M a year in work across ground-up commercial, multifamily, hospitality, private schools, industrial, retail, and more.
