Jaime S. Jaenke age 29
Jaime was born on November 12, l976 at Iowa Falls, Iowa the daughter of Larry and Susan Pommrehn Jaenke. She attended Kindergarten thru second grade at Iowa Falls. The family then moved to Ellsworth, Wisconsin where Jaime graduated from Ellsworth High School. Jaime
was an EMT and EMT2 and worked with the Ellsworth, Wisconsin ambulance service. Jaime moved back to Iowa Falls last July to help fulfill her dream of running a horse facility and training horses again. She was also enrolled in the nursing program at Ellsworth Community College. Jaime was assigned to the Naval Mobile Battalion #25 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Jaime died on Monday, June 5, 2006 in Iraq while serving with the U.S. Navy.
Jaime is survived by her daughter Kayla, her parents Larry and Susan Jaenke of Iowa Falls, Iowa, 3 brothers; Garrett (Janelle) Jaenke and their 3 children Ashley, Jacob, and Ellie of the Naval Air Station in Lemoore, California, Ryan Jaenke of Wilson, Wisconsin and Justin (Kortney) Jaenke and their daughter Morgan of Eldora, Iowa, also special friend Weldon Ubben of Iowa Falls. Great grandmother Edna (Bob) Allen of Iowa Falls, and grandparents Don and Darlene Pommrehn of Iowa Falls, and numerous aunts and uncles and cousins.
Jaime was preceded in death by grandparents Walter and Hilda Jaenke and great grandparents Carroll and Edna Hackbarth and Arthur and Leona Pommrehn.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2006 at the First United Methodist Church in Iowa Falls. There will be no visitation. Burial with military honors at Alden Cemetery Alden, Iowa. A memorial fund has been established to the Jaime Jaenke Family. Arrangements by Linn’s Funeral Home in Iowa Falls.
