Final Salute

KOHLER, GERARD M. “JERRY” fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Wednesday, September 2nd at the age of 95.

Beloved husband of 45 years to Jacqueline (nee Williams) Kohler; loving father of Marylou (Wally) Elfen, Martin (Charlene) Kohler, Paul Kohler, Joann (Gene) Huecker, Tracy (Ron) Ellis and Holly (Jim) Forrester; dear grandfather of 11; dearest great-grandfather of 7; dear friend of many.

Jerry graduated McBride High School as a 3 sport letterman.

He served in the US Navy as a Seabee in the Philippines.

He had many hobbies including skiing , golfing, bike riding, airplane model building and daily trips to the White Birch workout center.

Jerry’s life work was owning Kohler and Sons Printing for 45 years.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 14th, from 9am – 10:30 am at St. Ferdinand Catholic Church, 1765 Charbonier Rd, Florissant, MO 63031 followed by Funeral Mass at 10:30 am. (MEET AT CHURCH)

Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery with full Navy honors.
