Final Salute

Richard K. Butz, passed away at his home in Bermuda. Born April 13,
1943 to Kenneth and Dorothy (Lee) Butz in Lockport, NY.
He served his country as a Navy Seabee. While stationed in Bermuda, he met and married his wife of 57 years, Adrienne (Toni) Lightbourn. After his discharge, he and Toni settled in Bermuda where they owned Butz Construction. After retiring, he enjoyed flying, riding motorcycles, painting and his summer home in the
Catskills Mountains.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, K.J. Steel (Michael) DiCicco-Butz of New York, NY; a sister, Donna (Donald) Kathke of
Appleton; a niece, Arwen Kathke of Akron, Ohio; and his loving pets.
He is buried at St. John’s Cemetery, Bermuda.
