Facilities Maintenance Superintendent
SALARY: $54.00 Hourly, $9,360.00 Monthly, $112,320.00 Annually

The Facilities Maintenance Superintendent has accountability for coordinating and administering the overall operations of the Facilities Division, which consists of maintenance technicians and a custodian crew. This position is part of the Public Works Department which designs, builds, operates, and maintains the City's essential transportation, water, sewer, surface water infrastructure and supports other departments through the management of the City's vehicle fleet and facilities assets.

Requirements
Education, Experience and Other Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Five years of increasingly responsible skilled facilities maintenance and/or operations experience, including three years of lead/supervisory experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the knowledge, skills, and ability sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job will be considered
- Valid Driver's License
- First Aid and CPR certification (within 6 months)
