Carver Companies is currently seeking to add an in-house Heavy Equipment Operator Trainer to support our growing operations. This role is focused on: • Delivering hands-on operator training and evaluation • Standardizing operating procedures across multiple job sites • Mentoring operators to improve safety, efficiency, and consistency • Supporting a culture of accountability and professional development We are particularly interested in candidates with: • Multi-equipment operating experience • A background in structured training or instruction • Military experience (e.g., Seabees or engineering roles) is highly valued
